Streamtastic

About
Streamtastic is an easy to use GUI frontend for the Streamripper commandline tool (see http://streamripper.sourceforge.net).
It allows you to stream any online Radio stream to disk for later listening to in your car, or wherever.
ST is written in Java / Swing and is cross-platform, which means it runs under (not yet) Windows and Linux, given the Streamripper program is installed.
Features
Streamtastic is currently under heavy development. Please see the Bugs section.
The following Features however are known to work:
- Managing Favorites (Create, Update, Delete)
- Browsing Shoutcast Yellowpages
- Downloading multiple Streams at once (Favorites and Shoutcast Stations)
- Using an external Player to listen to a Station (needs some Work)
- Currently downloaded Stations are greyed in all Views
- Localization (currently English and German locales supported. Please contribute!)
- One click Installation from Webstart
Streamtastic is designed to do what it should, and nothing more. Fancy features are not the top priority for this Project.
Features are presented in an easy-to use and intuitive way. You don’t want to put up with a high learning curve before downloading some streams, do you?
Screenshots
Everybody loves Screenshots. I put some up here:

Loading Stations for a genre
Current Downloads
Where to get it?
Streamtastic is currently only available straight from the Bazaar repository at Launchpad
and as a Webstart Executable
Bugs / Code / Questions
The whole Streamtastic development is tracked through the Launchpad installation.
I’m also looking for Co-Developers to take this little Program even further.
